Jake - African-American - Deeply closeted self-hating bisexual - Immediately stops being friends with Rich post-SQUIP - Baptist (Again, ew) - NT - Dudebro chauvinist but secretly he's actually very emotional

Madeline - Does she ever even show up on stage? I feel like I'm constantly being gaslit by the fandom to think that she's a character in this musical

Mr. Heere - Closeted bisexual - Autistic - Ethnicity stated prior - Begins therapy to treat his depression for Jeremy's sake - Atheist, a little more chill about it than Michael - This is kinda out there, but eventually he and Mr. Reyes start dating

Mr. Reyes - Autistic - Spanish (Not actually born there, but all four of his grandparents were) - Gay gay homosexual gay - Atheist, a lot less chill about it than Mr. Heere - Also starts taking therapy

btw transanta is starting soon so if you have the means to give, i highly recommend. i think it's especially important after this month to show trans kids that they're not alone & there are people who love & value them & want them to have access to gender affirming things. trans people apply & add a wishlist for xmas along with a little blurb about who they are & why they need transanta. gifters are then able to go into the wishlists & purchase stuff for them directly.
